Link to Microsoft Outlook calendar (procedures as per Microsoft 2010):
- Go to your Calendar in Microsoft Outlook
- Click the “Open calendar” button on the toolbar and select “From internet…” on the dropdown menu
- Paste the ICS link that is below in the space provided: https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/u1ff5ua6seejlfn9oe5a2m25cs%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
- Click “OK” and then “YES”
- You should now see the Victory Family Church calendar under Other calendars (it must be ticked in order for it to be displayed).
Link to Google calendar:
- Sign into your Google calendar
- Next to “Other calendars”, click on small down arrow
- Select “Add by URL”
- A menu will pop up – paste the ICAL link that is below in the space next to “URL”: https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/u1ff5ua6seejlfn9oe5a2m25cs%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
- Click on “Add calendar”
- You should now see the Victory Family Church calendar under Other calendars.

Get a copy of the ICS link
- Go to Safari on your iPhone
- Go to www.vfcemp.org.za/calendar
- Tap the link below the calendar to open these instructions on your iPhone screen.
- Highlight and copy the ICS link: https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/u1ff5ua6seejlfn9oe5a2m25cs%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
Now add the ICS link to your iPhone settings
- Form the home screen, tap “Settings” and then “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”
- Under “Accounts” tap “Add Account” and then tap “Other.”
- Under “Calendars” tap “Add Subscribed Calendar”
- Under “Server” paste the ICS link you copied from the VFC website in Safari
- Tap “Next” and then “Save”
Now, go to your Calendar App on your iPhone
The “Victory Family Church” Calendar should now be displaying as well as your existing calendar(s).
If the “Victory Family Church” calendar is NOT displaying, follow these instructions
- Once in the Calendar App, Tap the “Calendar” button in the top left corner.
- Tap “Victory Family Church” so it is ticked.
- Tap “Done”
